Community In Conversation is an initiative developed by Upskill Africa to facilitate a safe space for a community to openly discuss the challenges it faces.

Using the 3D approach, Tito (Facilitator) and Vicky (Co-facilitator) are able to lead these 2 hour sessions with great success.

3D approach:

Step 1. Discover (Collect challenges/problems and visualize them a way that’s easy for everyone to understand)

Step2: Dream (Generate lots of solutions to the prioritized problem)

Step3: Do (Take our prioritized solutions and create a plan of action for actually making it happen)
